I am delighted to confirm that we have completed the acquisition of the company formerly known as Redhead Demolition and are relaunching it as Mackey Demolition Services Ltd. We felt it was too important that a company with the standing and history of Redhead should be lost to the industry. Their reputation and historical significance felt to us to be worth saving and restructured, recapitalized and with new management, we feel that the company can again play an important role in the performance of the demolition industry and we look forward to being able to do that. Completing the acquisition of the Redhead family shares and retaining the services of the Redhead family going forward, has enabled us to preserve the jobs of loyal employees and to ensure that no clients or suppliers of the company have been prejudiced.

We are looking forward to beginning a new chapter in the company’s history and are very much open for new business.
